What happens if the client wants to cancel or reschedule?
The AI handles both automatically. If a client asks to reschedule, it checks the calendar for new slots and updates the appointment without your intervention.
Does the AI always respond the same way, or can I give it instructions?
The core behavior is standard right now. Custom instructions and specific business rules are coming soon to the Professional plan.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API, or does it work with my regular number?
On the Starter plan, we provide a dedicated booking number. On Professional, you can connect your own official WhatsApp Business account.
What happens if the AI doesn't understand a message?
It first asks the client for clarification. If it still can't resolve the request, it pauses the automation and notifies you to take over the chat manually.
